Roybal-Mack & Cordova are pleased to announce the addition of Hope A. Bauman to our wildfire legal team. As a Juris Doctor graduate from the University of Texas School of Law, Bauman brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to civil rights and legal advocacy. During law school, she served as a staff and technical editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights and was recognized with Dean’s Achievement Awards in Complex Financial Litigation and Advanced Research in Criminal Justice.
Her legal expertise spans across various areas, including her work as an advanced student attorney at the Civil Rights Clinic and a student attorney for the Mithoff Pro Bono Title IX Project.
She holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College, where she published a thesis on American exceptionalism and the U.S.-Mexico border, and earned her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Political Science and American History from the University of Vermont.
Her dedication to community service is evident through her volunteer work with the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, among other initiatives. We are excited to have Ms. Bauman on board and confident that her diverse background and passion for justice will make her a tremendous asset to our clients.
