Paralegal

Our Paralegals will work with our attorneys as a team to provide clients with determined advocacy to maximize the realization rate for our clients.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…

➔ Collaborate with attorneys and case managers
➔ Give clients and files the attention and organization needed
➔ Work and motivate team members according to our values
➔ Attend transition to litigation meetings with client and case manager
➔ Speak to courts, opposing attorneys, and others involved in litigation
➔ Draft and file complaints
➔ Create motion/mediation and arbitration/exhibit binders
➔ Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery for attorneys

Legal Assistant

Our Legal Assistants will work together with the paralegals as a team to provide the attorneys and clients with intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy to maximize the outcomes for our clients.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…

➔ Collaborate with case managers and paralegals
➔ Give clients and files the attention and organization needed
➔ Complete all Case Manager/Paralegal requests accurately and promptly
➔ Compiling attachments for demand letters
➔ Send out letters of representation and Welcome letters
➔ Light research or investigation as directed by the Case Manager

Receptionist

Our Receptionist will make the best first, continued, and lasting impression on clients and all visitors and callers, including lawyers, doctors, other providers, witnesses, court reporters, and adjusters.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…

➔Making clients feel welcome and comfortable
➔ Answer phone calls and greet incoming clients/vendors
➔ Weed out unwanted callers
➔ Become familiar with clients and callers to help document the case and handle client
issues that arise

➔ Helping the Case Managers/Paralegals with data entry and other office tasks
➔ Make general appointments at attorneys’ request
➔ Ensure the office is always presentable and clean
