Licensed in New Mexico and Colorado, Sean McAfee is a trial lawyer who, for more than two decades, has successfully represented and advocated for New Mexicans and their families in matters ranging from catastrophic injury and wrongful death to insurance bad faith. He has successfully argued complex legal matters in state and federal courts, including the New Mexico Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Sean grew up in Northern New Mexico, spends as much of his free time as possible in the mountains, and shares Roybal-Mack & Cordova's deep commitment to fighting for and protecting New Mexicans. The driving force behind Sean's success and legal acumen is a deep-rooted belief in the fundamental right of every person to be treated fairly, decently, and equally. Being extremely competitive helps, too.
Sean's practice currently focuses on wildfire litigation, wrongful death, serious personal injury, dram shop liability, and Delgado claims.
