Overview
Attorney
Scott graduated magna cum laude from St. Edward's University, finished his Juris Doctorate degree at UNM Law School in 2007, and completed a Doctorate of Hebrew Letters from Yeshiva Torah Institute in 2018.
He served as a justice on the Isleta Pueblo Court of Appeals and worked in various attorney positions within New Mexico's tribal courts. Scott has been in-house and contract counsel for various counties and municipalities throughout New Mexico, and practiced in the areas of real estate, transactions, probate and estate planning.
Formerly with Lastrapes, Spangler & Pacheco in Rio Rancho, then city attorney for Las Vegas, NM and lastly serving of counsel with the law offices of New Mexico Local Government Law.
