Francheska Bardacke

Francheska Bardacke focuses her practice on environmental mass tort litigation and complex civil cases arising from large-scale harm. Her work is guided by a commitment to accountability and to using the law as a tool for meaningful, life-improving change for individuals and communities.

With a strong foundation as a trial lawyer, Francheska has participated in more than fifty trials and led over thirty jury trials from inception through verdict. That experience informs her strategic, client-centered approach to civil litigation, particularly in matters involving environmental harm, civil rights violations, and serious personal injury, including wrongful death. She is especially committed to representing people whose homes, health, and sense of security have been disrupted by large-scale disasters and institutional failures.

Her work frequently intersects with broader recovery efforts across New Mexico, including environmental justice and land and water-related impacts. She approaches each matter with care and precision, working closely with clients and experts to establish responsibility and support recovery that advances stability, restoration, and justice.

Earlier in her career, Francheska founded Love Your Neighbor, an initiative that connected victims of property crime with prosecutors and law enforcement to provide direct assistance and address gaps created by delays and limitations within the court system. She was recognized by both the Albuquerque District Attorney's Office and the City of Albuquerque for her leadership and service in this work.

Outside of her practice, Francheska values time with her family and staying connected to her community: an orientation that informs both her advocacy and her sense of responsibility to the people she serves.
