Attorney Noel John Schaefer

Noel John Schaefer was born in Los Angeles California and was raised in Albuquerque New Mexico. He received his B.A. in History from the University of New Mexico in 2003. Mr. Schaefer attended the University of New Mexico School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2007.

Mr. Schaefer’s practice is focused on client advocacy and representation in the areas of corporate and general business law, administrative law, government contracts and RFPs, and corporate regulation and compliance. He provides representation and consultation to new and existing businesses in all aspects of business operation and management, including formation, expansions and acquisition.  During his career, Mr. Schaefer has represented small and large businesses throughout New Mexico in complex energy and telecommunications rate cases, complaints, and billing disputes before the New Mexico Public Regulatory Commission. He has also provided assistance and advice to local nonprofit organizations in their operation and governance to help further their charitable purposes.  Mr. Schaefer has a history of successful collaboration and negotiation with multiple diverse parties, including governmental entities, to achieve the best possible results for his clients. His extensive experience performing due diligence, document preparation and review, and assistance with other business formation and acquisition matters makes Mr. Schaefer a valuable resource to new and established business alike.
